| Resumo: | European patterns and guidelines for the quality assurance establish that Higher
Education Institutions should have a policy and procedures to guarantee quality, namely its programmatic contents and degrees. Within this issue the Polytechnic of Guarda (IPG) has developed its SIGQ, focusing mainly the teaching and learning process. The target of this work is to describe instruments that allow IPG to evaluate the quality of the curricular units (UC‘s) of all degrees. This study is based in monitoring the way the UC is apprehended through two instruments: an online query for the students regarding their perception on the UC‘s and on the teaching staff; report of each of the UC‘s and how it is expected to be developed, filled by the correspondent teacher. The analysis obtained by these instruments allows identifying the results and how each UC can be improved. |
